John Heflin joins 7Ticks as Chief Information Officer

Former Consulting and IT Executive joins leadership team in global expansion efforts

CHICAGO, IL - January 14, 2009- 7Ticks announced today the appointment of John Heflin to the role of Chief Information Officer (CIO). Heflin, 36, will manage 7Ticks' internal operations in preparation for 2009 global expansion.

John has assumed his new role at 7Ticks and reports directly to company Principals Kevin Bohren and Joe Bigane.

Known for leveraging business capabilities worldwide, Heflin brings more than 14 years of strategy, technology, and product experience with extensive practice in scaling companies. He most recently held leadership positions at Orbitz Worldwide and prior to Orbitz, Heflin worked as a Management Consultant with Accenture where he focused on enabling business strategies with technology solutions for Fortune 500 and start-up companies. The Chicago local holds a Bachelors and Masters in Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana/Champaign.
